I approach my training as a way to educate individuals and equip them with the tools for lifelong fitness, rather than a quick fix. I design my personal training programs in Airport West, Niddrie, and Tullamarine around each person's lifestyle, ensuring they can stick to it. I keep the sessions fun and light-hearted, all while maintaining a clear goal in mind. My personal training caters to people of all ages, sizes, and backgrounds, whether they are pursuing body composition goals, strength training, powerlifting competitions, or simply wanting to feel better and gain confidence in the gym.
